At each auction Joseph Mast leads a team of top auction talent selling real estate, automobiles, horses and other high value assets for discerning clientele. He regularly set records in the sale of horses and classic and collector cars at auction.. He grew up as a seventh generation dairy farmer and began his auction career in Amish Country of rural Holmes County, Ohio. Since that time he has become a champion auctioneer, industry icon and recognized auction authority. He has served on the National Auctioneers Association Board of Directors and received the highest designation an auctioneer can receive from the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). He has also helped raise over 100 million dollars for charities and worthwhile causes. As a 18 year industry veteran Joseph is a sought after speaker and thought leader on Business Growth and Values Based Leadership. In addition to leading Mast Auctioneers team he is co-owner of RES Auction Services, an Ohio based auction firm specializing in Real Estate and Equipment Auctions.

As one of the most recognized auctioneers of his generation Andy White is a sought after voice for the sale of real estate, purebred livestock, classic cars and heavy equipment. Andy became a full time auctioneer in 2003 and has gone on to win the 2007 Ohio Auctioneer Championship, 2013 International Auctioneer Championship, 2016 World Livestock Auctioneer Championship and the 2017 World Automobile Auctioneer Championship, becoming only the second auctioneer to have won all three world titles. Andy is a past president of the Ohio Auctioneers Association and received the highest designation an auctioneer can receive at the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) and helped write the Contract Auction Specialist Designation (CAS). Andy is co-owner of RES Auction Services, an Ohio based auction firm specializing in Real Estate and Equipment Auctions.

Seth is a 5th generation auctioneer and was born and raised in Wooster, Ohio where he still makes his home with his wife and daughters. He graduated from Triway High School in 1999 and Bowling Green State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. After working a sales job for a couple of years, he obtained his Real Estate License in 2007, Auctioneer's License in 2008 after attending Missouri Auction School, and most recently his Real Estate Broker's License in 2013. Seth was named the Ohio State Champion Auctioneer in the Junior Division in 2009 and Senior Division in 2012. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Ohio Auctioneers Association.

Laura became a licensed auctioneer at age 19 after 7 years of working auction setup and as a clerk and cashier around the state of Ohio. A graduate of The Ohio Auction School, she assists in over 200 auctions a year conducting benefit auctions, selling real estate at auction, working 3 auto auctions per week as well as serving as a contract auctioneer around the country. She is a 2015 graduate of the Certified Auctioneer Institute and holds the Contract Auction Specialist designation. She is the 2014 Michigan Auctioneer Champion, 2017 Indiana Auctioneer Champion and the 2021 International Auctioneer Champion. She is a past President of the Ohio Auctioneers Association. Laura was awarded the Pat Massart Leadership Award and Michigan President's Award of Distinction.
